Enquiries

When you complete the enquiry form, the details remain in your browser until you review and send your message through WhatsApp. The website does not store your name, phone number, message, or enquiry form details in its own database. WhatsApp processes messages you choose to send according to its own privacy terms.

Basic first-party visitor statistics

Our server can count page views, approximate unique visitors per day, referral domains and campaign tags to understand how the site performs. To avoid storing raw IP addresses, it calculates a salted, one-day rotating pseudonymous identifier from the incoming network address and browser user agent. We do not save the raw address, full browser string, or personal enquiry details. One person on multiple devices may count more than once; people sharing a device or network may occasionally be counted together. Automated crawlers and browser Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signals are excluded where detected.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

If configured, these optional Google tools load only after you click “Accept analytics”. They may use cookies or similar technologies to measure site usage and advertising interactions. You can decline with “Not now”; you can change this setting using the privacy choices button below. Google may process data in other jurisdictions. Google Ads WhatsApp click tracking measures opening a link, not a confirmed enquiry or sale.

Retention

Basic visit and interaction records remain in the site's MySQL database until the site administrator deletes them. For good practice we recommend regular deletion, such as after 13 months, in accordance with business needs and applicable law. Google has separate data-retention controls in its products.
